Mango smoothie

This recipe for the ultimate mango smoothie serves 1. Only 240 calories for the glass. Very refreshing for a gorgeous summers day and will sure but that sweet spot.

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango, peeled, stoned and sliced
1 tsp clear honey
200ml/7 fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp natural low fat yogurt

METHOD

1) Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth (I added a handful of almonds- optional).

2) Pour into a glass and serve.
