Jammie dodger baked oats

347 calories for this lovely sweet breakfast or brunch. Low calorie and so filling.

INGREDIENTS

30g oats
40ml unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 mashed pear

Topping:

1 Strawberry jammie dodger
2 tsp strawberry jam

METHOD

1) Preheat the oven to 190•c.

2) Mash the pear and mix in the milk, oats, baking powder and honey.

3) Spoon the mixture into your selected ramekin.

4) Spoon little bits of jam evenly on top and place a jammy dodger in the centre.

5) Bake for around 25-30 minutes.
