Pimped up porridge

A hearty warming breakfast for a cold rainy day. Delicious but simple at the same time. 122 calories but with toppings only 246 calories.

INGREDIENTS
30g traditional rolled oats
80ml almond milk
80ml water

METHOD

1) Combine oats, milk and 160ml water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy.

2) Serve with your selected toppings. I used 2 tsp (8g) of @wholeearthfoods Cocoa and hazelnut peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp (2g) flax seeds and 2 1/2 strawberries. Enjoy!
