Summer fruits smoothie bowl

Great breakfast for someone who is on the go but wants that nutritionally rich start to the day. Only 178 calories without toppings and 300 with toppings.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Low fat peanut butter
100g frozen summer fruits
200ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp raspberry light Greek style yogurt
1/2 mango

Toppings:
2 strawberries cut in half
1/2 banana
Handful of verival grain free sport muesli

METHOD

1) Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2) Place into a serving bowl and decorate with your chosen toppings. Enjoy!
