INGREDIENTS
75g light halloumi
2 Tbsp Buffalo sauce mixed with tbsp Greek yoghurt
125g chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp light garlic mayo
1/4 packet of microwave tomato and basil quinoa
125g shredded lettuce
1 whole meal wrap
METHOD
1) Spread light mayo on the wrap evenly. Place shredded lettuce in the centre of the wrap.
2) Heat the quinoa in the microwave, place on top of the lettuce. Then place chopped tomatoes on top.
3) Grill halloumi (around 4 pieces) and place on top of the tomatoes.
4) Mix the buffalo sauce and Greek yoghurt together and drip evenly on top of the halloumi.
5) Wrap and enjoy!
