Vegan pancakes

Delicious vegan pancakes with ingredients that you will already have in your kitchen. 300 calories without toppings. This recipe serves 2 people.

INGREDIENTS
100g self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
250ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp baking powder

Toppings:
1/2 mashed banana
5 strawberries halfed
Skinnyfoodco Vegan honey

METHOD

1) Mix in a medium bowl the self raisin flour, salt, baking powder.

2) Add in the sugar, almond milk and coconut oil.

3) Cook in the pan on a medium heat until golden on both sizes. Stack and serve with selected toppings. Enjoy!
