400 calories (depending on the type of protein powder used)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 scoop protein powder (I used a choc protein powder)
50g oats
1/2 banana
50ml alpro unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp biscoff spread (alternatively you can use peanut butter, dark chocolate pieces or jam)
Pinch stevia
METHOD
1) Mix all ingredients together except the biscoff spread.
2) Pour half the batter into a small ramekin, pour the filling in (1 tsp, not melted) and then cover with the rest of the batter.
3) Bake at 180•c for 15 minutes.
4) Melt 1 tsp biscoff spread and drizzle over the top to finish.
