Black Forest smoothie bowl

Refreshing and the ultimate summer breakfast.
142 calories without toppings!!

INGREDIENTS
40ml unsweetened almond milk
40g fat free Greek yoghurt
1/2 banana
75g Black Forest fruit mix frozen

Toppings:
2 small prunes
Pinch chai seeds
3 walnuts
Handful of Black Forest frozen fruits
1/2 banana

METHOD

1) Blend all together. If mix is too thick add some more almond milk to loosen it up.

2) Serve with selected toppings.
