Pancake cereal

Jumping onto the new trend. Pancake cereal using my protein pancake recipe is truly delicious. For breakfast, brunch or a treat, lovely and warming. 261 calories for pancakes!

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp baking powder
160ml unsweetened almond milk
30g protein powder (I used choc protein powder, but you can use any of your desired powders)
80g self raising flour

Toppings: 1/4 banana (22 cals)
2 strawberries (8 cals)
1 tbsp melted biscoff spread (89 cals)

METHOD
1) In one bowl mix all the ingredients together.

2) Spray pan with fry light and fry your mini pancakes.

3) Serve with selected toppings.
