Strawberry and banana smoothie bowl

The recipe serves 1 person and only 50 calories! Very refreshing for a summers day, and nutritionally rich with all ingredients to fuel you for a busy day ahead.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 frozen banana
Handful frozen berries
2 tbsp nonfat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (to loosen it up)

Toppings:
1 tsp chai seeds
2 strawberries halved
Some frozen berries

METHOD
1) Blend all ingredients together. Serve and top with selected toppings.
