Thick protein chocolate pancakes

My absolute favourite recipe, so delicious. Even better this recipe serves 2 people and per serving only 261 calories.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp baking powder
160ml unsweetened almond milk
30g protein powder (I used choc protein powder, but you can use any of your desired powders)
80g self raising flour
Topping:
Mini bubbly dairy milk bar (60 cals)
2 strawberries chopped (8 cals)

METHOD

1) In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together.

2) Spray pan with fry light and fry your pancakes on either side for 2 minutes until golden brown.

3) Serve with selected toppings.
