INGREDIENTS
1 tsp baking powder
160ml unsweetened almond milk
30g protein powder
80g self raising flour
Toppings:
3 tsp Zero calorie caramel syrup
50g strawberries
1 tsp biscoff spread
1 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
METHOD
1) Mix all ingredients together.
2) Spray fry light on the pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan to form pancakes.
3) Stack and partner with selected toppings. I used a zero calorie caramel syrup, strawberries and biscoff spread mixed with Greek yoghurt to top.
