INGREDIENTS
100g rolled oats
2 medium bananas chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Toppings:
2 tsp Biscoff spread
Handful of blueberries
METHOD
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Heat a waffle maker and pour in a few tbsp(s) of batter. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.I used a waffle mould that you place into the oven. Spoon the batter in the moulds so that they are 3/4 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180•c. Until the waffles are golden brown.
3) Carefully remove the waffles and serve with toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
