Chocolate flapjacks

170 calories per piece (serves 12)

INGREDIENTS

200g oats
150g choc peanut butter (I used @wholeearthfoods choc and hazelnut)
4 mashed bananas
3 tsp honey

METHOD

1) Preheat the oven to 180•c and line a 35cm x 25cm rectangular baking tin with baking parchment.

2) Mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey and banana in a bowl.

3) Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for around 25-30 minutes.

4) Drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Enjoy 😊
