160 calories!! Really easy and delicious breakfast idea. Came across it on Instagram and decided to give it a go and surprisingly filling.
INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
2 tsp caramel skinny syrup (zero calories)
20g fat free vanilla Greek yoghurt
10g nut mix
Spindle chai seeds
METHOD
1) Spray some frylight on a frying pan. Cut the banana in half, and place on the pan. Fry until golden.
2) Simply place your selected toppings on and your finished. Enjoy 😃
