INGREDIENTS
1 slice wholemeal bread
1 egg
30ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
3 chopped strawberries
2 tsp melted nutella (any choc spread)
12.5g lighter spray cream
METHOD
1) Mix the egg, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl until combined.
2) Dip the bread in the mix until completely covered.
3) Spray the pan with fry light and fry the bread on either side for 2 minutes each on a low heat until golden brown.
4) Finally add your toppings to the toast. Enjoy 😊
