INGREDIENTS
40g oats
110ml water
110ml unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
2 tsp melted nutella
2 strawberries
1/2 banana
Sprinkle chai seeds
METHOD
1) Turn the saucepan on a medium heat and pour in the oats, water and milk.
2) Stir and once it starts to boil turn onto a low heat.
3) Once porridge consistency is achieved, spoon the pancake mixture onto a frying pan making a pancake shape.
4) Use frylight to fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
5) Top with selected toppings.
