You will sure want to save this recipe. Very easy and low calorie dough to make the weekend a little bit better. 450 calories for this 10”” pizza! (350 calories for just the dough)
INGREDIENTS (Dough- makes 2 10” pizzas)
200g self raising flour
100g fat free Greek yoghurt
Toppings:
Tomato Passata
1 slice cured ham
Light mozzarella
Basil
Pinch chilli flakes
METHOD
1) Gather ingredients.
2) Mix together the flour and yogurt, in a large bowl with a fork, until a dough forms. May appear dry at the start but as it starts to bind it will become more soggy.
3) Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. (If the dough is still too dry as you kneed, you may add water, a tablespoon at a time.)
4) Once the dough is soft and pliable, it is ready for use in any pizza recipe, or to top as you wish. Divide the dough.
5) Top as desired and place into a hot oven. Enjoy😃
